Bare fnish steel raised floor in Morgan Fashion Center, Guangzhou
The size 600*600*32 size steel raised floor system is used in the project Morgan Fashion Center. The finished floor height is just 100mm. This project use about 15000 m2 steel raised floor system with pedestal and stringer. The concentrated loading capacity is 300 Kg. The raised floor pane should be cut in the connection to curtain wall. The dust will be clean before stick the carpet.

The steel raised floor system with the strong stringer and pedestal, so that the panel will not be deformation in the future when more and more loading from the above.
All the accessories should be galvanised steel or eletroplate because of the corroision from oxgen.
The stringer will be fixed the the pedestal by srew M6*45 (mm), and the steel raised floo panel is corner lock type, and will be fixed by srew in every corner to the pedestal. So the whole structure is very stable and can afford the designed loading capacity.
The FFH (Finished floor height) is 100 mm. Normally for office application, 150mm or above is better because some times the cable trunk will be 100mm height, so there should be enough cavity for the cable trunk go through under the raised floor. 100mm Finish floor height, mean that the net space is 67 mm (100-2mm-31mm). So Parete can give you the sugguestion before you design your finish floor height of your office (export@parete.net)
This is the pedestal in the cutting edge, without scew. The pedestal should be glued on the foor, and the stringer will be glude on the pedestal.
This is the angle wall connection edge of raised floor to curtain wall. The steel raised floor panel should be cut according the size at site. A extra pedestal should be add in the cutting area to strengthen the loading stability.
When the raised floor panel finish the installation, it should cover some soft flet carpet to protect the surface damaged from hard impact or other works.
Some waste cutted panel should be collection for reused in other area or recycled.
This is the round column go through the raised floor. The steel panle shoudl be cut in curving to fit the edge of the column. So thin plywood should be prepared. The size will be drawed on the pylwood panel, and cut in a module, then the module will be layed on the steel floor panel, the panel will be cut the same with the module.
The flexible pedestal should be prepared to strengthen the stability of the cutted panel.
When the small pipe go through the floor panel, a hole should be cutting.
Round column go through the raised floor

The pestal is glued on the steel structure in the edge to the handrail area.
Safety should be confirmed the by engineer about the the steel structure with the pedstal.
The long stringer (length more than 600mm) should be use for better safey and stability in this raised floor application.
The steel work or pipe go though. A suitable hole should be cut.
Angled panel
On construction site, a lot of material or facility will load on the raised floor panel, sometimes it is difficult to control, so good quality raised floor panel is important to resist the deformation.
This is the wall linning to raised floor. The decoration panel will fix on the metal stud.
The metal stud linning on the wall be U bracket to receive a artificial panel.

Gasket on the pedestal and stringer is good for acoustic.
The cable trunk go through under the raised floor panel. The height fo cable truck is higher than the net space, so the gasket is taken away. So it is import to design a suitable finished floor height for better cabling.
A concrete based is prepare for the galss partition. The steel raised floor panel is difficult to fix the screw or expansion bolt because the steel plate used is very hard. So concre base (the same level with the raised floor) is a good solution for glass partition.
The L type cutted panel should be cut in the external corner of wall.
